I will always try to fulfill the order as quickly as possible, but I do allow myself 2-5 business days after placement of the order to print, dry, package and send. I ship A5 orders in hard envelopes and any other larger orders in packing tubes. I take care to use tissue paper to protect the artwork.
I only send items certified/tracked mail, to ensure your order arrives safe and sound. I ship using Correos, which is the Spanish postal service.

Return & Exchange Policy
I gladly accept returns as long as I am contacted within 14 days of delivery of the order. Items must be shipped back to me within 30 days of delivery of the order.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I do not accept cancellations after an order is placed.
